What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)Direct the strategic planning and operation of health data projectsDevelop project strategies and provide oversight to ensure project scope is followedServe as the primary contact for clients and partners throughout project lifecycleCreate and maintain workplans and timelines for multiple projectsFacilitate the development of reports and deliverables to keep stakeholders informed
What Is Required (Qualifications)Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of related experience, or master's degree with 2-4 yearsKnowledge of U.S. healthcare policy, data analytics, and claims processingExcellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas to various audiencesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management methodologyStrong leadership and interpersonal skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Project Management Professional (PMP) CertificationFamiliarity with Jira and other project management toolsSupervisory experience preferred
