The Senior Microsoft Security Architect will provide technical expertise in the secure design, implementation, and development of the firm's M365 environment. The architect will develop and implement policies to ensure the security and availability of the firm's M365 applications.Responsibilities:Responsible for the design, architecture, and implementation of a secure M365 environment for the firmLead the adoption and use of Microsoft cloud security technologies in the firmAct as SME for Microsoft security suite with specialist responsibilities in Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Defender for Identity, and Defender for Office 365Skills and Experience:
Computer Science Bachelor’s degree or substantial equivalent experienceExperience of CISSP, CCSP and MS-500, AZ500, SC-900 & SC-4000Demonstrable experience of leading the secure adoption with Microsoft security services for M365Extensive experience of Microsoft Defender Suite including Defender for cloud, Defender for Office Defender for identity, and Defender for cloud appsStrong experience of integrating identity and access management controls in M365Architect and Implement event management and secure logging of M365 servicesExperience of Microsoft Purview integrated data security services including data encryption, classification, and labellingExperience with Microsoft Entra ID governance. The ability to provide reports for M365 security posture and compliance to the executive levelExpert analytical skills, including the gathering and analyzing of facts, formulating objective conclusions modified by subjective and experience-based qualifiers when appropriate, defining problems, and promoting solutionsAbility to adapt, integrate, and modify existing programs or vendor-supplied package programs for use with existing information systemsProficient in oral and written EnglishAbility to be productive and maintain focus without direct supervision
