means your daily

responsibilities

may include:Lead, manage, and expand long-term customer relationships; focus on understanding the client’s KPIs to ultimately drive positive business outcomesAct as a trusted partner and advisor to customers by providing actionable insights that will help clients achieve their business goals using our cutting-edge dataIdentify and mitigate churn risks, implementing proactive measures to retain customers and enhance their experienceEnsure our users are engaged with the platform and understand the value (“the so what?”) it brings them towards achieving their goalsDevelop strong subject matter expertise across Similarweb’s entire product portfolioThis is the perfect job for someone with:Solid understanding of the digital marketing space and trendsClient facing experienceStrong relationship-building skills – the ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust (both internally and with clients)Analytical and consulting mindset with the ability to turn data into a storyExperience producing high-quality decks and client-facing materialsExcellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsTeam player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues and business partners2-3 years’ experience as an analyst/consulting/digital marketing (SEO, PPC, media planning).Why you’ll love being a Similarwebber:You’ll actually love the product you work with: Our customers aren’t our only raving fans.
