Aloha Staffing is a family-oriented entity that honors and serves healthcare professionals.Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:Helping patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and maintaining personal hygieneRecording and reporting vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respirationAssisting with patient transfers, mobility exercises, and aiding those with walking or movement difficultiesAdjusting bedding, pillows, and providing emotional support to ensure patient well-beingNoting and reporting changes in patients' physical or mental condition to the nursing staff, and documenting care providedSetting up and maintaining basic medical equipment and assisting with devices like walkers or wheelchairsAdhering to infection control procedures, including proper hand hygiene and following isolation precautionsAssisting with meal preparation, feeding, and monitoring dietary intakeEffectively communicating with patients, families, and healthcare team members, providing updates and information as neededOffering basic education to patients and families on care techniques and treatment plansImplementing safety measures to prevent accidents, and responding to emergency situations appropriatelyQualifications:Previous experience in nursing or similar medical fieldsFamiliarity with medical tools and equipmentAbility to build rapport with patientsCompassionate and caring demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skills
