A law firm in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking a Bankruptcy or Creditor Rights Attorney. The attorney will be responsible for handling various aspects of creditor rights in the bankruptcy context, including assisting property owners dealing with tenants who have filed bankruptcy, lenders dealing with borrowers who have filed bankruptcy, preparing and filing proofs of claim, motions to lift stay, as well as pleadings in adversary and reorganization proceedings.
