What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Follow direction from the QA Lead and collaborate with Project team members to complete QA activitiesServe as a QA subject matter expert by developing guidelines, executing test scripts, and documenting resultsAssist with various testing services such as financial and payroll implementations, data integration, and system reportingProvide Project support by coordinating with stakeholders, facilitating meetings, and tracking risks and issuesTroubleshoot and resolve issues in the production system
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Experience with PeopleSoft Financials, Human Capital Management, and Oracle Analytics CloudProficiency in automated testing tools such as PeopleSoft Test Framework and Test GridStrong analytical skills to identify QA needs and develop test plansProficient in Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and VisioExperience with Smartsheet or similar collaboration tools
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field5+ years of experience working with large government entitiesExperience with People Tools 8.59+ and fluid page developmentAbility to develop QA plans and identify testing scenariosBackground in one or more QA areas such as HCM, Financials, or DW/OBIA
