What we are looking for in this Cost Accountant role:
An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related business
discipline is required
3+ years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or
production environment
Strong understanding of accounting principles and cost analysis techniquesProficiency in SAP ERP system or similar ERP softwareAbility to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teamsStrong attention to detailAbility to maneuver through ambiguity in a fast-growing, startup environmentExperience with SAP implementation projects is a plus

Develop and maintain cost accounting records and ensure accuracy of dataCollaborate with various departments to gather cost-related information and
provide support as needed
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports for management reviewConduct cost variance analyses to identify discrepancies between standard costs
and actual costs, and implement corrective actions as needed
Analyze existing cost structures and recommend adjustments to align with
standard cost methodologies
Monitor inventory levels and reconcile inventory discrepanciesParticipate in audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and
