Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our team as the Assistant Operations Manager focused in F&B at Hyatt Centric located in Key West, FL. The Hyatt Centric is centrally located within Old Town and a short stroll to the lively Duval Street.The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible to oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel, including Four Flamingos, A Richard Blais Key West Kitchen, Blue Mojito Bar, In Room Dining, and Banquets. Additionally, the Assistant Operations Manager may have the opportunity to lead shifts in the Housekeeping or Front Office departments.Responsibilities may include scheduling, payroll, colleague training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. The Assistant Manager will lead F&B colleagues during their shift with on-the-spot coaching, provide excellent customer service, service recovery, and working with other department managers for a flawless customer experience. Shifts days and times will vary each week depending upon business levels. This position is paid Hourly and will be scheduled 45 hours per week.Benefits Include:
