Both clinical studies and care programs require careful management of users, access control, and organizations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be the frontend expert on the team managing professional users and organizations in our rapidly-growing enterprise application.ResponsibilitiesLead frontend strategy for enterprise web application for administering clinical trials and care management programs.Collaborate with team of software engineers, product managers, UX designers, and other cross-functional peers to deliver best-in-class software.Iterate and provide feedback on product requirements and mocks.Deliver software written in React and Go and deployed on GCP.Collaborate with platform teams to ensure a consistent and sound architecture for user and organization management.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications3+ years of experience as a frontend or full-stack software engineer.Demonstrated experience designing and delivering software in a collaborative environment with a cross-functional team.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Preferred QualificationsExperience with React and/or Go.Experience with microfrontend architecture.Strong collaborative skills and excitement about improving how a team operates.Experience working in healthcare technology and/or familiarity with FHIR data store.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 -178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
