We are looking for Senior Backend Software Engineers to help build out the product set of Addition Wealth. Our technical stack is built primarily in Typescript and hosted on AWS. Major frameworks we use include both Nestjs and Nextjs and our primary data stores are in Postgres. You do not need to know all of these technologies, but capability in similar stacks is nice to have.
You will be expected to have strong technical, problem solving and organizational skills. Senior candidates will be expected to demonstrate systems design, project management, and mentorship skills as well.

What you’ll work on:Architect and build systems from scratch, making the right tradeoffs for risk and long-term maintainabilityLead, build, test, and release products with stringent correctness and scalability requirements. These products include personal finance scenario builders, tax calculators, and moreTackle complex integrations within the personal finance space to enable smooth customer experiences and accurate financial reportingYou’ll shape the product strategy and tech organization: you’ll have significant input into our product development process - this includes helping to scope what we are building and how we are building it to optimize for both speed and elegant user experience
