Job Overview:

Responsible for financial analysis and business operation support. The successful candidate must possess both strong quantitative abilities and excellent written and oral communication skills. They are strategic, analytical thinkers who are driven by results and can innovate and develop creative financial solutions.

Specific Responsibilities:

Financial Analyst – Industrial BUEnsure accuracy of financial results for monthly/quarterly close process.Fiscal responsibility for all aspects of the groups including revenue forecasting, quantitative analysis including competitor analysis, developing and reporting on KPIs, driving R&D efficiency and accountability, etc.Provide guidance in the development of long-term strategic plans.Track IMM initiatives and monitor achievements.Challenge assumptions made in the financial plans and ensure investments are aligned with the strategic plan.Ensure controls and procedures are properly followed.Prepare PowerPoint presentations and Financial Reporting.Provide financial guidance to management and work with the business team to help ensure efficient business processes, strong operational results and growth for the respective organizations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.Strong knowledge of GAAP.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and leadership skills, ability to interact with senior management and present ideas in a concise and digestible manner.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
