Copart is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will provide analytical support on corporate development, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
Responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:
Provide financial and analytical support for senior leadership and various business unit leaders across the enterpriseSupport the Corporate Development team and business stakeholders in all acquisition activitiesProactively review and monitor business performance and provide meaningful, actionable insightsDevelop financial forecasts with full integration of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flowMonitor business-driven, quantifiable key performance indicatorsAssist in the creation and maintenance of business unit level operational reporting and forecastingAccurate and timely ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
Requirements:
A natural sense of curiosityBachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration (MBA a strong plus)Minimum two years of work experience across Financial and Accounting responsibilitiesAbility to interact effectively and confidently with all levels of managementProactive self-starter capable of adapting to rapidly changing priorities and deadlinesAbility to manage multiple projects with varying degrees of urgencyAbility to organize and manage large data sets and apply strong analytical skills to resolve complex problemsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillset with a focus on financial model developmentExperience with industry-leading ERP/Financial tools like OneStream, Workday, Workiva, FloQast, or similarStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsLeadership skills, including those necessary for effective project and people managementExperience with PowerPoint

Multi-national experienceExperience with TableauExperience with SQL
