A law firm is seeking a Medical Malpractice Attorney with the following qualifications:Job Overview:

The Medical Malpractice Attorney will defend civil litigation cases related to medical malpractice. This role requires a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage cases effectively.Duties:

Defend civil litigation cases related to medical malpractice.Manage medical malpractice cases from inception to resolution.Conduct legal research and analysis.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Develop and implement case strategies.Conduct client interviews and depositions.Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.Requirements:

5+ years of prior experience defending civil litigation cases.Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada.Strong work ethic and proven medical case management skills.Excellent communication and analytical skills.Exceptional research and writing skills.Top-notch marketing and client development skills.Ability to travel as needed.Competent computer skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook.Trial experience is a plus.Education and Certifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of Nevada.Skills:

Legal research and analysis.Case management.Client communication.Written and oral advocacy.Marketing and client development.Trial advocacy.Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.Job Location:
