Under the supervision of the Prosecuting Attorney and the Chief Assistant, reviews and authorizes warrant requests for felony and misdemeanor cases, juvenile petitions, and mental health petitions. Primary responsibility is for criminal prosecution in District Court and juvenile delinquency proceedings in Family Court. May assist with other matters as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited Law SchoolMember in good standing with the State Bar of MichiganPosition Opening:
