Reporting directly to the Manager, the Analyst, Finance Entity will provide analysis support related to the financial statements, product and service line reports, and business units.
Analysis to be maintained on financial issues related to the entity as a whole and/or individual departments, product and service lines, physician integration, business development strategies, short- and long-term financial planning, and the annual operating budget.
Assist the members of the Finance Team in their roles as business consultants. Assist in compiling statistical data along with other data necessary for fair market value (FMV) analysis reports which support the business and physicians arrangements within the various entities across the organization. Provides support in working with the outside consultants to make sure fair market value analyses are current prior to contracting to ensure we are in compliance with internal policies.
Qualifications :Degrees: Bachelors Additional Qualifications: Bachelor of Business in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related business discipline.Possess working knowledge of financial and general accounting principles.Budget and analytical skills required, including knowledge of management information systems, proficient skills in Excel and Word, and excellent communication skills.
