Position Overview For The Lead Software Engineer
Takes the lead in both the development and hands-on support/maintenance of software solutions.Actively participates in defining applications architecture and strategy, offering foresight, problem-solving, and guidance to teams involved in systems analysis, reporting, and applications development.Contributes to personal growth in both business and technical expertise, offering support to fellow software engineering team members in developing their skills.Assumes accountability for designated technology domains, projects, and solutions, encompassing tasks such as project planning and execution, release planning, change management, and support for production operations.Required Skills For The Lead Software Engineer
3+ years of experience leading a technical team8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience5 years of C# and .NET experience5 years of cloud experience – preferably with AzureExperience leading software engineering, front-end web, systems integrations, API, back-end batch processing, and/or ETL teams
