Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all designated kitchens and bar equipment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTroubleshoots and repairs electrical, plumbing, gas and mechanical problems with kitchen and bar related equipment throughout the property.Performs daily system checks to assure proper operation.Maintains related inventoryPerforms other duties as may be assignedSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESN/AQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The ability to read, comprehend and implement material safety data sheets is required. The noise level ranges from extreme noise requiring ear protection to moderate noise levels.The employee is frequently required to work on equipment that may contain live electrical parts, high pressure vessels/piping and spring loaded apparatusesThe ability to read, comprehend and implement lock-out tag-out procedures is requiredEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED).Must have a minimum of two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSMust have valid Driver’s LicenseLANGUAGE SKILLSMust be able to effectively communicate in English.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.COMPUTER SKILLSMust have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.The above job analysis is for the sole purpose of complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act and is not to be construed to include all employees employed in each job classification.
