What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist the Project Manager and collaborate with Project Assistants as requiredDevelop project schedules in alignment with contract requirementsReview contract documents, addendum, specifications, and drawings in detailManage RFI's and the responsesCoordinate site meetings, walkthroughs, punch list items, etc.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
4-year degree in engineering, construction science, construction management or similarMinimum of 3 years' experience in construction management, estimating, and schedulingExperience in self-perform heavy civil constructionExperience with Procore, Project Schedule, etc.Experience with subcontract scope development, review, and administration
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with material procurementProficiency in technical concepts related to construction executionProficient in MS Office applications
