Bachelor's degree in a technical or marketing field, or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience with technology events with a focus on marketing, communications, program management, or demand generation.Preferred qualifications:

Experience working with Marketo, Salesforce, and event registration systems.Experience managing registration and housing for large scale events at or above 5,000 attendees.Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including executives.Experience marketing with cloud computing enterprise software, virtualization, application development, containers, and developer-oriented products.Experience in planning, managing, and executing events as well as experience working in a global role across geographies and languages for a single event.General knowledge of large housing contracts with an understanding of attrition, forecasting, and pick-up trends.About The Job

This includes our flagship annual customer event Google Cloud Next. You’ll work with stakeholders to align on the program strategy, business and technical requirements, and goals and objectives, then bring those goals to life through creative and innovative experiences. You’ll contribute to the overall events and experiences roadmap and strategy by surfacing insights, learnings, and recommendations from your initiatives.Know the user. Know the magic. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Be responsible for user experience, strategy, infrastructure, and implementation for Registration, Housing, and Systems across Google’s flagship event Google Cloud Next and its surrounding programs.Design and implement internal and external registration processes and infrastructure for reserving varying event pass types with complex programmatic interdependencies.Partner with Google’s internal sales enablement team to efficiently distribute and manage ticket allocations and associated implementation strategy as well as employee pass criteria.Collaborate to ensure critical dashboards, databases, and business processes are in place for the purpose of reporting to senior leadership team and tracking event metrics and return on investment.Act as key collaborator and main stakeholder for registration platform and tools, including nomination tools, badging systems, metrics and reporting tools, Marketo and Salesforce integration, lead-flow and lead-retrieval devices, consulting on database system evaluation, selections, and customizations.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
