The Business Intelligence department is currently a lean, high performing, cross-functional team. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance operational efficiency within one of our operational departments.
As the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data analytics to improve financial performance, streamline operations, and enhance stakeholder satisfaction. You will be the key business partner for senior leadership which requires heavy collaboration with stakeholders across the organization and a deep understanding of their data. The Sr. BI Analyst will need to function with all 4 pillars of analytics including descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive.
Every Day You WillEngage in a collaborative team environment focused on delivering actionable insights and driving continuous improvement.Partner with leadership and internal stakeholders to develop and execute data-driven strategies that optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.Maintain/monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish targets to measure success and track progress over time.Comprehend operation performance and provide quality forecast scenarios to reveal opportunity and risk in the business.Implement and enforce business logic controls and procedures to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of operational data.Evaluate and recommend BI tools and solutions that meet the unique needs of our healthcare organization.Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders that tailors communication strategy based on stakeholder preference/need.
To Succeed In This Role, You Will HaveMinimum of 3+ years of experience in analytics role; preferred experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, business intelligence, or finance.Advanced Excel, SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Experience providing written analysis for leadership teams.Deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance.High level of business understanding; finance (P&L) experience preferred.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $45,000.00 - $99,991.00 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
