Labor And Employment Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Labor And Employment Associate Attorney for its New Haven, CT location with the following responsibilities:Duties:Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in labor and employment law matters.Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Represent clients in administrative proceedings, arbitrations, and mediation.Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Assist with the development and implementation of employment policies and procedures.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing labor and employment law.Experience in higher education law is highly desirable.Superior verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients and develop service strategies.Licensed to practice law in New York State or eligible to waive into the New York State Bar.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility to waive into the New York State Bar.Skills:Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Company infoBCG Attorney Search125 Park Avenue, 25th floorNew YorkNew YorkUnited States 10017Phone :
