Develop new features in the Accela application, ensuring it aligns with business requirements and enhances user experience.Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and support services for existing code. Troubleshoot reported problems by understanding customer business processes.Perform rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure software reliability and performance.Translate business requirements into detailed design specifications, facilitating effective software development.Manage multiple enhancements concurrently, meeting demanding deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.Mentor existing staff on Accela system development practices to enhance the team’s capabilities.Execute all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) efficiently.Required Skills:
