Commercial Litigation Attorney . This role would receive generous base salaries, an

Required work experience includes:
Juris Doctor degree
REQUIRED
5+ years of experience practicing litigating corporate legal issues
MUST
be a barred member in New York
Experienced with
litigating contract issues, construction disputes, employment disputes, bankruptcy proceedings, commercial and consumer collection efforts, etc.
Familiar with
corporate dissolutions, non-competition issues, shareholder disputes, corporate governance, fraudulent transfers, etc.
Experience with all phases of litigation including
drafting and arguing motions, pleadings, discoveries, depositions, trial appearances, settlements and appeals.
