As a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse range of litigation matters with a focus on labor and employment issues. This role requires a deep understanding of Ohio law and the ability to provide effective legal counsel to clients.Duties:
Manage and handle a caseload involving labor and employment litigation matters.Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive and effective client representation.Stay updated on changes in labor and employment laws and regulations.Requirements:
3-6 years of litigation experience, with a focus on labor and employment issues.Active license to practice law in Ohio.Strong knowledge of Ohio labor and employment laws and regulations.Excellent legal research and writing skills.Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and work efficiently under deadlines.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Active license to practice law in Ohio.Skills:
