Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is actively seeking an experienced Associate Litigator for our esteemed client's Miami office. We specialize in connecting top-tier legal talent with dynamic opportunities, and we're eager to add a skilled litigator to our client's thriving team.
Responsibilities
Conduct pre-complaint investigations and case analysis.Draft and respond to discovery requests.Prepare, argue, and respond to law and motion.Take and defend depositions.Lead trial preparation and contribute to trial strategy.Develop and implement efficient strategies to resolve claims against our clients.Participate in trials, mediations, counseling, and advice work across various legal areas.Requirements
2-4 years of strong civil defense litigation experience.Proven track record in pre-complaint investigations and case analysis.Demonstrated expertise in drafting and responding to discovery.Experience in preparing, arguing, and responding to law and motion.Proficient in taking and defending depositions.Trial preparation skills with the ability to contribute to overall trial strategy.Opportunity Highlights
