We are working with a dynamic and forward-thinking technology company specializing in cutting-edge network and security solutions. With a focus on innovation and excellence, they are amid exciting developments, including new product launches in DDoS protection and SD-WAN solutions.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Networks & Security Engineer to join theirr team. This is a remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK, with occasional travel required. In this position, you will play a crucial role in both project and support engineering, contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of their advanced network and security infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Project Engineering (70%):Design and deploy Fortinet Firewalls and SD-WAN solutions.Develop and implement custom SD-WAN solutions using various vendors.Contribute to the development of our new DDos and SD-WAN products.Work on data center networks built on Cumulus Linux/Mellanox.Support Engineering (30%):Provide high-level support for Fortinet, Palo Alto Firewalls, and Cisco Networks.Manage and maintain our Firewall as a Service offerings.Troubleshoot and resolve network and security issues.Experience:4-5 years of experience at a CCNP level in network engineering.Strong expertise with Fortinet Firewalls and SD-WAN.Experience with Cisco Networks and Palo Alto Firewalls.Familiarity with data center networks, particularly Cumulus Linux/Mellanox.Skills:Proficient in project and support engineering.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Benefits:Competitive salary up to £65,000 per annum.Fuel allowance for travel.Comprehensive training and certifications in our tech stack.Opportunity to work on innovative projects and new product development.Flexible remote working environment with UK-wide scope.If you are a talented Networks & Security Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to advance your career and work on groundbreaking projects, we would love to hear from you.
