As a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience, your role centers around spearheading the development and implementation of end-to-end solutions, leveraging expertise across both frontend and backend technologies.Key Responsibilities:Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable applications from frontend to backend.Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and technical expertise.Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.Develop and maintain both frontend (UI/UX) and backend systems using modern technologies.Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance of applications through best practices and standards.Implement and optimize APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend components.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvement.Skills and Qualifications:6 to 8 years of experience in full-stack development, showcasing proficiency across frontend and backend technologies.Expertise in frontend technologies like JavaScript (React, Vue.js, or Angular), HTML, CSS for developing responsive and interactive interfaces.Strong backend development skills in languages/frameworks like Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar technologies.Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), API design, and integration.Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Leadership capabilities to guide a team and drive technical initiatives.Problem-solving skills and the ability to architect complex solutions.Excellent communication skills for collaboration and technical discussions.
