As they broaden their programs to reach more health systems and patients, they are looking to expand their Client Success Executive team.About The RoleSenior Client Success Executives play a crucial role as trusted advisors to clients, ensuring the retention, growth, and referenceability of strategic clients. The ideal candidate will act as a credible thought partner with initiative leaders and superusers. Additionally, they will collaborate with Implementation, Product, and Growth teams to maximize client value. Moreover, they will lead strategic projects in support of long-term growth and success.Primary Responsibilities:Client Management Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of large, strategic accounts and foster relationships with department-level leadersCultivate relationships with senior- & executive-level leaders for account stability and growthDevelop and execute annual account plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and clientsConduct regular check-ins and Executive Business ReviewsEnsure adherence to contractual obligations and troubleshoot client experience and technical issuesDrive performance improvement against key client health metricsIdentify and leverage opportunities for client participation in marketing initiativesCollaborate on client renewals for revenue expansion opportunitiesInternal/Team Development Responsibilities:Work with Sales leadership to enhance processes for revenue growthDevelop scalable processes and resources to facilitate team onboarding and improve client servicingAdvocate for clients internally to shape product strategyProvide coaching and support to team members as neededQualifications5-8 years of client-facing experience in healthcare, SaaS, or digital health serving US-based hospital systems and partnersStrong communication skillsExpertise in building high-trust client relationshipsProficient in data analysis and visualizationExperience coordinating resources to address client challengesAction-oriented with a collaborative mindsetWillingness to travel to client sites (10-20% travel)Ability to meet clients' COVID vaccination requirementsQualifications (Bonus):Experience developing Client Success processes and toolsProficiency with Google Suite, BI tools, and SalesforceBackground working with clinicians on clinical operationsPrevious experience as a clinicianThis position offers remote flexibility, allowing employees to work from home in specific locations including Seattle, WA; Bay Area, CA; New York City, NY; and Chicago, IL.What You Get:Opportunity to work on a rapidly scaling care delivery platformCollaboration in a high-growth startup environmentWork alongside top-tier clinical, operational, and technical teamsInfluence healthcare transformation and modernize care deliveryMake a significant impact on patient careOwn your success and contribute to the company's growthCompetitive salary and benefits packageSalary Range$140,000—$165,000 USD.
