team and designers to influence product direction, company roadmap, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Design and Development

:

Architect, design, and implement scalable Java backend software

Front-end architecture & support:

Collaborate with the design team and front-end engineers to ensure quality implementation of front-end applications

Technical Leadership:

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers

System Optimizations:

Identify

and resolve performance bottlenecks across the full stack

Infrastructure & Deployment:

Maintain

server infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable application deployment

Code Optimization:

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Testing and Debugging:

Implement systems to automate thorough testing of APIs, ensuring

robust

Documentation:

Create and

maintain

technical documentation for software & systems architectures

Requirements:

Must be in Austin, TX

Proven experience as a

Senior or Staff Software Engineer

(

6

+ years of experience)

Experience building software across multiple languages (e.g., Java,

JavaScript

)

Experience with web services (RESTful, SOAP), databases, and ORM frameworks.

Strong knowledge of frameworks such as

Spring boot

,

React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Familiarity with CRM and VMS concepts, job board functionalities, and related integrations.

Experience with responsive design principles and mobile development.

Experience with iterative software development workflows (Agile,

etc

)

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
