What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Respond to and triage customer inquiries related to services and solutions requestsAnalyze business requirements and conduct technical requirements elicitationDevelop business cases, process models, and technical recommendationsSupport the management of customer requests and projectsProvide technical expertise and support in SharePoint and Power Platform tools
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Strong technical knowledge and experience with industry-leading platforms such as SharePoint, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, etc.Experience in business analysis and requirements gatheringProficiency in developing reports and dashboards using SharePoint, Power BI, and other toolsProject management experience, including developing project plans and tracking progressAbility to work remotely and attend onsite client meetings as needed
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Project Manager in the IT services industry
