A law firm is seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Reno. The ideal candidate should possess 1-5 years of experience and will be responsible for evaluating case files, engaging in motion practice, attending court hearings, conducting depositions, defending client depositions, participating in mediation, and preparing for trial. The candidate must be licensed to practice in Nevada, demonstrate excellent analytical and academic credentials, and exhibit strong writing, research, and communication skills.
