What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expendituresEnsure resource availability and allocation throughout the projectCoordinate internal resources and client teams to complete projectsDevelop and track project progress, documenting important actions and decisionsDefine project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibilityDeliver projects on-time, within scope, and within budgetManage stakeholder views and assess project risks and issuesProvide regular time and budget reports to clientsManage project scope changes and maintain client communicationMeasure project performance and identify and mitigate risks and blockersProvide administrative support as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Experience in project management in a services-oriented businessProficiency in tools such as Smartsheets, Jira Software, Jira Portfolio, and Tempo planningExceptional multitasking skills and ability to handle pressureStrong communication and report writing skillsSolid understanding of the software development life cycleExperience managing technical consultancy projectsAbility to inspire confidence and show maturity and responsibility
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with Atlassian tools and common pluginsScrum Master and/or Agile certificationFamiliarity with ITSM and understanding of DevOps
