Litigation Associate

Mathis, Marifian & Richter, Ltd.’s Belleville, Illinois, office is seeking an experienced and highly motivated litigation associate. This is a shareholder track position that offers a competitive salary and bonus system based upon merit and productivity. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of substantive experience, to include:Excellent research and writing skills;Ability to manage complex discovery and litigation;Courtroom experience (motion practice, hearings);Superior skills at drafting pleadings and motions;The position involves a broad spectrum of litigation matters, including personal injury, product liability, commercial litigation, construction litigation, employment law and worker’s compensation. Excellent communication and writing skills are required, as well as strong academic qualifications.
