With offices all over the Midwest, their primary projects are industrial manufacturing facilities and tilt up warehouses. They pride themselves on not only the growth opportunities they offer, but the positive presence they bring to the communities they come to. Due to them growing in the St. Louis market, they're looking to bring on a Sr. Project manager to grow a team under this person.DescriptionTake ownership and initiative on all projects from conception to completion.Manage projects ranging from $10M - $100M+ in value.Organize client meetings/sub meetings.Develop long-term relationships with clients.Plans and coordinates project activities inline company polices and procedures.Creates and reviews project schedules and budgets.Direct the support staff and coordinate with field crews and superintendents to ensure project delivery.Communicates effectively with on-site teams, clients, owners. etc.Responsible for forecasting and estimating costs and changes to costs for project completion.Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site.Travel as necessary to job sites.Profile5-10+ years of experience with a general contractor.Prior experience working as a project manager.Prior experience handling projects $10M+ in value.tilt up and light industrial experienceClient-facing experience is a must.Software proficient (ex: procore).Estimating experience is a plus.Job OfferCompetitive base salary $100,000 - $135,000 dependent on experienceBonus opportunitiesHealthcareDentalVisionUnlimited PTOCompany eventsSupportive groupVehicle allowancePhone allowanceShort/long-term disability$500 yearly reimbursement for fitness memberships
