You may have specialized in a particular language or framework along the wayYou are able to identify and work towards defined standards and styles as an individual, and have broad exposure to a variety of configurations of planning, estimating, and executional cyclesFamiliar with the occasional uncertainty and open ended nature of delivering work at an early stage startup, and a few muscles developed to help mitigate such uncertainty in your IC work (e.g. seeking to understand commercial outcomes rather than just building to spec).REAL THINGS YOU’LL DO
