Answers and assesses incoming potential client calls to determine if they should be signed by the firm or referred to other firms while inputting client contact data. Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Communicate with prospective clients by phone and in person. • Ensure that all data is entered into the system correctly. • Make follow-up calls to potential clients to assist with lead management and direct referrals to Intake staff to call and follow up. • Reviews contracts with potential clients internally and externally (hospitals, home visits, etc.) • Review all new auto calls for the department daily to ensure appropriate actions are being taken. • Take escalated calls to save cases or handle disgruntled callers/clients. Provide weekend and evening call coverage. • Provide legal support for Intake Specialists and provide training for new calls and write-ups as needed. Qualifications: • Excellent Telephone Etiquette • Communication & Consultation Proficiency (Strong People Skills). • Cultural Awareness. • Relationship Management. • Attention to Detail. • Ethical Practice • Juris Doctorate Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000 yearly
