As a company, we bring strong private capital and a commitment to risk management to the mortgage insurance industry.Title : Senior Financial AnalystLocation : Radnor, PAThis is an individual contributor senior financial analyst position responsible for forecasting functions of the Financial Planning and Analysis Department (“FP&A”). The candidate will perform compilation, reconciliation, and analysis of financial data for inclusion in the financial forecast for the company.As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:Assist in the development of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and forecast scenarios, specifically the consolidation of newly acquired entities. Meet with business units to manage expenses, update forecasts and understand variances.Continue to build out newly implemented software, expanding functionality and accuracy with a focus on documenting processes and implementing controls.Prepare and review presentations of forecast results for management and external stakeholders including rating agencies, regulators, and credit facility participants.Support analysis of any new business initiatives, participate in other special projects and compile a variety of special reports.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related business field.5+ years of Accounting or Finance experience.Experience with financial analysis responsibilities. Understanding of the mortgage, banking, or insurance industries is a plus.Technical proficiency in Excel, including managing and working with complex spreadsheets. SQL/database experience a plus.Entrepreneurial, with a proactive and self-starting personality. Decisive, action-oriented, and results-oriented.Sound business acumen, with ability to assimilate, synthesize, interpret, and extrapolate financial information.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
