Drive new business growth and ensure the success of our land and expand strategy.What would this role look like in detail?Business Development: Identify and engage with potential customers to generate new opportunities, build, and maintain a robust pipeline and negotiate deals to exceed revenue targets.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our SaaS solutions.Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of our SaaS solution.Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Develop content to support deployment of marketing outreach to generate leads and expand current accounts.Provide ongoing training and support to customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our SaaS solution.Analytical capabilities Data storytelling. Conduct regular business reviews with customers to track their success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with the product development and technology teams to provide customer insights and feedback for product enhancement and new feature development.Participate in sales and marketing initiatives, including industry events, conferences, and webinars, to promote our SaaS solution and expand our network.A thorough understanding of both Inteliforz SaaS Platform & Ansell’s Guardian platform to effectively guide and assist customers through the sales cycle.Full management of the customer experience post initial sale / installation, ensuring a genuine Customer Success model is established for customer retention and continued build-out of the revenue base.What will you bring to Ansell?Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience.5+ years of experience in SaaS Sales role as well as previous B2B and/or B2C experience with a track record of demonstrated achievements.Must have hands-on experience as a SaaS seller.
