Overview Lead cyber security support for information systems, from Assessment and Authorization through Operations and Maintenance. This includes applying Risk Management Framework expertise and supporting developers and engineers in maintaining Authority to Operate compliance for information systems. Qualified candidates must have a current and active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance to be considered for this position Responsibilities Provide expert – level kno wledge of the Risk Management Framework. Support the assessment and authorization by applying expert–level knowledge of NIST SP 800–53 (Revision 4 and Revision 5). Manage the development of thorough and complete security documentation: System Security Plans (SSPs ); Plan of Actions and Milestones (POAMs ); Artifacts to support the Body of Evidence (BOE). Participate in project review meetings and provide technical cyber security guidance. Communicate complex technical concepts and project information clearly and concisely to technical and non–technical audiences, effectively presenting risk and mitigation to senior leaders . Possess strong interpersonal, organizational, writing, communications, analytical and briefing skills. A ble to lead a dynamic team and collaborate with management, development, and operations teams .
