The Hackensack, New Jersey office of our national law firm client, a nationally recognized AV-rated firm of 200+ attorneys across 15 offices, is seeking a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Candidates should have experience in litigation, including case management, discovery, and brief writing. Professional or general liability defense or commercial litigation is preferred.
This is a great opportunity to work directly with clients and gain hands-on litigation experience with a dynamic team and expanding practice. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in and oversee written discovery, take and defend depositions, and participate in extensive motion practice and oral arguments.
Qualifications
JD from an ABA approved Law SchoolMust be admitted to the NJ bar2+ years of litigation experienceOutstanding research, writing and oral advocacy skillsExcellent academic credentials and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple matters simultaneously
Approximate salary range for this role is $125-165K based on multiple factors.
