Collaborate with Product Managers, Researchers, and team members to identify relevant quantitative metrics for key product outcomesAnalyze and map KPIs to available dataCreate custom views, KPIs, and data models in a data warehouse or business intelligence toolDevelop clear and transparent documentation on metric calculations for data product customersEnsure consistency in methodologies across data productsSkills And Qualifications
Proficiency in SQL, preferably with experience in RedshiftStrong data modeling and data warehouse experienceFamiliarity with BI tools, especially TableauTechnical expertise in data analysis and reportingAbility to gather requirements from end users and translate them into actionable insightsExperience mentoring and coaching other data analystsRequirements
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experienceBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related fields preferredMust be a U.S. Citizen to be eligible for employmentAll work must be conducted within the U.S.Additional Information
