Southland Holdings is currently accepting resumes for Entry Level Project Engineers for our
Dallas
division.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Environmental compliance (SWPPP) inspections.CAD drafting for work plans and internal analysis.Quantity survey - daily review and documentation of progress at each site including both permanent and temporary works that are self-performed and that of any subcontractors.Working with supers and engineers on routine tasks on the project, providing support as needed.Interacting with inspectors and communicating with the crew and SCI management to identify changes.
Qualifications:
CAD skills.MS Office proficiency.Ability to work extended hours.Climb ladder over 25-ft.Periodically lift weight up to 50 lbs.Work underground.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. Relevant US experience can waive degree.
