Marshfield Clinic Health System is seeking a Board Certified Occupational Medicine Physician to serve as Service Line Medical Director - Occupational Health and Employee Health and Safety. This position will be majority administrative with a 0.4 FTE clinical portion. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience. The Service Line Medical Director - Occupational Health (OH), and Employee Health and Safety (EHS), Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) is responsible for the operational direction and coordination of provider clinic programs, services, and departments for the MCHS. This Individual provides leadership and management support to physicians, APCs, managers, and staff while working closely with relevant health system leadership to help define and execute strategic initiatives within the designated area. The Service Line Medical Director - OH and EHS, MCHS will also collaborate with physician leadership and management to maintain clinical service delivery systems that meet the mission of the health system by way of clinical, service, regulatory and financial objectives of the organization, while remaining within budget.
