Lead Data Scientist - MyCC

WHAT YOU'LL DO:Here's what you can expect on a typical day:Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling. You bring prior experience to the role of formulating analytical problems, extracting & analyzing data from multiple systems, summarizing critical findings/insights, and developing a compelling visual representation of analyses with actionable recommendations—this will set you up for success on Day 1.Own and Manage Projects. You will identify, design, develop, and implement advanced analytical projects.Limitless Possibilities. You will continue learning and discovering new ways to leverage ADP data to create new products and services and find more insights. You are passionate about learning and applying new techniques within data science that leads to innovations.Collaboration and Communication. You'll be part of a collaborative team, listening to needs, then finding and sharing solutions. You're comfortable and skilled at presenting to both peers and leadership on your projects and findings.You have strong experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or a related field.Strong experience (including both academic and professional) of related experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.Advanced English skills (able to interact daily with a distributed team).Fluency in Python - including popular data science packages (pandas, sklearn, etc) and quality tests.Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms and methods used in the data science field.Experience with Machine Learning model development and deployment.Knowledge of Natural Language Processing.Experience with Cloud solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).Interest in LLMs and Generative AI.Willing to work with ML Ops and Software Development activities as well.BONUS POINTS FOR THESE:Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.Knowledge of Computer Vision.Good understanding of Software Engineering.Exposure to Jupyter notebooks and/or Databricks platform.Experience with AWS cloud solutions (S3, Glue, Lambda, SageMaker).Experience with integrating data products (recommender systems, classifiers, chatbots, etc) into applications in production environments.Knowledge of Continuous Integration & Delivery methodologies.Experience with Vector Databases.
