Senior Consultant in the Performance Improvement practice

with specific experience in production planning and scheduling who can successfully observe current company production numbers, find gaps or inefficiencies within their processes, and provide advice and recommendations on how to reduce and eliminate production issues.Job duties include but are not limited to:Responsible for taking a holistic approach to identifying business improvement opportunities, developing solutions, managing initiatives, and identifying the resources and various disciplines needed to execute the processOperational, financial, and process analysis, strategy development, process reengineering, and modelingPerform assessments utilizing analytical skills to understand client environments and associated financial opportunitiesUse familiarity with ERP Demand Scheduling modules and be capable of developing finite scheduling processes where none existsDevelop, manage, and lead continuous process improvement strategies and initiativesTrain, coach, and mentor Project ChampionsExecute a portion of the scope of work as assigned and ensure deliverables are achieved on time and within budgetLeverage the flexibility of Lean, Six Sigma, and Performance Improvement tools to enhance productivityAbout The Team:Advisory Services (AS) provides transaction support, bankruptcy and restructuring advisory, valuation, corporate finance advisory, litigation, dispute resolution consulting, and forensic investigation services. AS provides strategic vision and training to Crowe International's Global Corporate Advisors (GCA), comprised of corporate finance professionals from independent Crowe Global member firms. The AS team members collaborate with other Crowe practices on solutions for various industries, from financial institutions to manufacturing.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or relevant field requiredMust have at least two (2) years of manufacturing operations and operations consulting experience specifically focused on production planning and schedulingProven experience in planning and scheduling/inventory management process optimizationAbility to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environmentAbility to interact with the internal management team and external client contacts using strong leadership and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint requiredAbility to creatively solve problems and analyze client dataStrong written and verbal communication skills as evidenced by the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and business impacts to diverse audiences, including executives and stakeholdersPower BI experience is a plusMust be willing to travel 80 - 100%Preferred Locations: Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Nashville, TN; Houston, TXWe expect the candidate to uphold Crowe's values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship.
