As a member of the multidisciplinary ACCS Integrated Team, the Floating Program Manager provides for the day-to-day administration of a group living environment or a supported independent environment for adults challenged with mental health issues in the absence of the regularly assigned program manager for that program. The Program Manager provides direct intervention with Persons as well as providing modeling and supervision to the Engagement Partner I's regarding the implementation of interventions. The Floating Program Manager contributes to Bay Cove's mission by demonstrating respect for all pathways to recovery, by serving as a Person's advocate, and by assisting Persons in developing goals that eventually lead to a meaningful productive life. This is an exempt position.Supervisory Responsibilities:

Assistant Program Manager, if applicable, Engagement Partners. At the discretion of the ACCS Clinical SupervisorEssential Functions of the Position:Responsible for guiding program culture by demonstrating leadership in how overall engagement with Persons occurs by incorporating evidence-based practices into program culture.Utilize recovery-oriented language and principles in all communication and interactions.Collaborate with Care Coordination Entities and other providers to ensure access to appropriate modalities.Contribute to the overall functioning of the Integrated Team by sharing in the administrative responsibilities and on-call coverage.Provide supervision of program staff, including hiring, training, disciplinary action, and evaluation.Oversee staff scheduling, shift coverage, financial procedures, and medication administration.Maintain accurate programmatic documentation and ensure regulatory standards are met.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.Requirements for the Position:Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Psychology, Social Work, or a related area.At least three years of direct care experience providing services to adults with mental health issues or related population.Demonstrated supervisory and management experience.Strong commitment to the right of each Person with mental health challenges to live in community residences, work in market jobs, and have access to supports and services.Professional writing and verbal communications skills.High degree of personal organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.Proficiency in word processing and other computer functions using Windows, Word, and Google Email and Apps.Department of Public Health certification in medication administration required within 3 months of hire.CPR and First Aid certification required within 3 months of hire.Ability to assist people with mobility impairments as needed and use a personal cellular telephone for work communication.Valid driver's license.Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
