Background Qualifications - Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (any field)
Confidence speaking in front of groups and enforcing classroom rules
Ability to handle classroom crisis
Skills Needed:
Outstanding organizational skills
Great communication skills
Calm and resilient personality
Essential Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare and deliver lessons to a range of classes and learner abilities
Provide personalized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning.
Assign homework and interesting language development exercises
Mark and provide appropriate feedback on oral and written work
Participate in language school marketing events
Undertake administrative tasks, such as keeping student registers and attendance records.
Grade students’ assessments
Create a supportive and positive classroom environment
Collaborate with educational staff to provide a positive learning experience to students
Additional day-to-day tasks will be discussed during the interview process. Which will be updated on the job description once discussed.
Salary, Benefits, and Perks:
Annual Base Salary: $58,000
