Seeking a BE/BC Pediatric Surgeon to join our expanding department in Urbana, Illinois.
Practice opportunity details include:
Join an established, full-spectrum program with an additional BC Pediatric Surgeon, dedicated Pediatric Surgery NP and full Pediatric Anesthesiology coverage
Large built-in referral base with growing primary care and pediatric subspecialty physician base
Block surgical time with clinic located adjacent to the hospital
Pediatric Critical Care Center
Comprehensive support services to optimize surgical care across the continuum including daVinci XI system for robotic cases
Wide variety of cases – excludes transplants, burns, oncology, trauma and pediatric hearts
Inpatient specialty support on site includes; Neonatologists, Pediatric Intensivists and Pediatric Hospitalist service. Additional outpatient pediatric specialties such as Maternal Fetal Medicine, Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics, Cardiology, Radiology, Psychology, Urology, Gastroenterology, Hematology, Neurology, Pulmonology, Sleep, Genetics, Nutrition ,
Orthopedics, Rheumatology, and Endocrinology
Opportunity to teach General Surgery residents at our ACGME accredited residency program
Teaching and research opportunities available at the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation’s first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering
