The Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) is a versatile and highly skilled healthcare professional responsible for providing comprehensive medical and surgical care to adult patients in various units within the organization.

The RN requires adaptability, expertise, and a strong commitment to delivering the best care to patients facing a variety of medical and surgical conditions. As a nurse in our float pool, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care during their hospital stay. With passionate and driven leadership behind them, our nurses can dedicate themselves to patient safety, clinical excellence, and life-long learning.

Adult Med Surg/IMC

Who Should Apply

:

Associate degree in Nursing required

Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required

BLS CPR certification required

Applicants with an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire
