Our ideal candidate has:

A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.

A Texas Director's Certification and experience in a Director role at an early childcare center.

A Degree in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent leadership/classroom/teaching experience.

Experience working in an Early Childhood Education facility, especially a Primrose School.

Flexible availability and willing to work all shifts to meet the needs of the school.

Proficient knowledge in Power Point, Excel, Word, Database systems, and Social Media platforms.

Organized and efficient management of tasks with limited oversight.

Experience with managing a staff, to include recruiting and retaining staff.

As a Leadership Team Member at Primrose School at Bulverde Road located at 18207 Bulverde Road, San Antonio Texas 78259 you will help young minds explore, discover and understand the world around them. We are an accredited private preschool that provides a premier educational child care experience. We offer year-round programs for children from infant through fifth grade.

*The T.E.A.C.H scholarship is available to all full time staff. Our corporate sponsorship provides you the opportunity to earn an associate or bachelor degree in Child Development/Early Childhood/Child and Family Studies at a public university in Texas. Due to added incentives there is no financial cost to the recipient. This program is partnered with TWC and based on their renewal of grants funds.

Primary Responsibilities:

Is responsible for the overall safety and security of the school, observes all rules and regulations at Primrose and the local, state or national regulatory agencies

Managing a full staff , 3 leadership and approx. 30 teachers and ensuring they are meeting all expectations.

Supports the needs of staff and parents, providing open communication and effecting resolutions.

Maintains an attractive, well-kept school that meets all Primrose standards and welcomes all persons.

Assists in other capacities the Franchise Owner or Executive Director, determines is necessary.

Each Primrose school is a privately owned and operated franchise, and the respective Franchise Owner is the employer at each school.
